Welcome

Choosing a therapist is a meaningful step. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating relationship challenges, or facing a new stage of life, my goal is to offer a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered to create change.

My Approach

I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework. CBT helps clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and how shifting unhelpful thinking patterns can lead to lasting emotional and behavioral change.

Our work is collaborative and practical. Together, we identify goals, build self‑awareness, and develop skills that can support personal growth, healthier relationships, and increased confidence.

Philosophy of Counseling

I believe people are resilient and capable of growth. Emotional struggles are not personal failures, but understandable responses to life experiences, changing roles, and internal expectations.

Therapy works best when insight is paired with intentional action. I view counseling as a collaborative partnership—combining clinical knowledge with your lived experience to support meaningful and sustainable change.

What You Can Expect

  • A respectful, nonjudgmental space
  • Clear structure and collaborative goal‑setting
  • Practical coping and empowerment‑focused skills
  • Support balanced with honest, compassionate feedback

Ethics & Cultural Responsiveness

My work follows the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics. I am committed to confidentiality, ethical practice, and culturally responsive counseling that honors each client’s identity, values, and life context.
